Welcome to the Guild Launch Support Site!

At Guild Launch we "eat our own dog food" by using one of our own guild sites as our support site. Every Guild Launch user is a member of this support site, and the site behaves just like one of your sites. In this way you can see how our features work, while you learn about our features. Feel free to access this site for information on new and upcoming releases, company news and updates, questions and/or concerns, and add-ons. You are also welcome to post any thoughts or feature suggestions that you may want to share. For further assistance, you can shoot us an email at support@guildlaunch.com or you can view other support options.

Looking for A Game Specific Template?

We don't have a custom template for every game yet, but we do have headers for some games that are not in templates of their own. Check out the Header Gallery found on the Template tab in your Guild's admin area. Most of our headers for all of our templates are there.

Request for Input: Video Tutorials & Documentation

by GL_Support on 2008/05/08 16:50

What would you all like to see more video tutorials made for?

The video tutorials are a particularly good way to document and convey how to use features, they pack alot of information into a couple of minute video. I'd like to see what you all think would be good to document. So, if you could, post here and let me know.

ANNOUNCEMENT: Important Raid Tracker Mod Information

by GL_Support on 2008/05/08 10:51

We've been researching a few issues with people's raid attendance data not tracking properly and we believe we have found the source of the issue.

On the "/rt" window is a button at the top that says "End". This button will end the raid and track everyone in the raid's final time in the raid. If instead the person running the mod just logs out, or leaves the raid, some of the members of the raid will not be properly tracked as being in the raid the entire time. This will cause them to not show up for certain boss kills.

So, before the person running CT_RaidTracker leaves the raid, or logs out they should type "/rt" and then click the "End" button for the raid. This will improve the accuracy of the raid import.

Hopefully this will improve the attendance tracking for those of you who are having any issues. We'll be updating our documentation to properly convey the importance of the "End" button. Also, we have an upgrade to the import process coming out in a few weeks that will improve the attendance tracking all around even without the need to click the "End" button.

UPDATE: Guild Launch Profiler - Tailoring Fix

by GL_Support on 2008/05/02 12:15

We've implemented a fix for an issue where certain tailoring items were not being properly profiled. The new version is here:

http://support.guildlaunch.com/guild/library/535/GuildLaunchProfilerCURRENT.zip

If you are not having issues with tailoring data then this update is optional.
