Live Guild Launch support staff are available to answer emails, forum posts, and phone messages between the hours of 9am and 5pm est. Monday through Friday. (P) 804-497-3428 Typical response times are around 2 hours and should never exceed 24 hours except over the weekends.

Live Guild Launch Support (email and phone) will not be available during the following Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Memorial Day, and Labor Day

We routinely monitor these forums at all hours of the day and night, weekends, and regardless of vacation schedules. You will often get an answer from us within a few hours here on the forums.
