Incorrect link on admin page

When I go to the main "Guild Admin" page, under the recruiting section, the 1st link "Edit General Recruiting Settings" takes me to "Approve Applications" rather than the main recruiting settings.

edit: though i'm not sure what it should link to... could be better to simply delete it?

i've fixed this in our dev environment. once stephen pushes out the code, it'll be updated.
