In Version 4.8 we've made some considerable improvements to our ItemStats implementation. The following games are now supported in Version 4.8:
Age of Conan
Everquest 2
Hellgate: London
Lord of the Rings Online
Pirates of the Burning Sea
Vanguard
Warhammer: Age of Reckoning (WAR)
World of Warcraft
Multi-Language
We also have French, Spanish and German item support for Warcraft using WoWHead and hope to have Russian soon.
Multi-Game Guild Bonus!
In addition, we've added an ItemStats tag for each game like "wowitem", "lotroitem", "aocitem" and "waritem". With these new tags you can show an item for any game regardless of what your primary game of the guild site is set to.
We're getting alot of the items from MMODB right now, except where a better site like Wowhead for Warcraft is available. Their item database is pretty good across these different games.

I am rolling out code changes right now to make WarDB item links available in the forums. Currently, this functionality works only in the forums and requires that you know the WarDB item URL.
The way this is implemented is due to the way the WarDB code that they have made available works. We intend to provide a system that is more compatible with our existing itemstats later. Primarily we need a system that works with just the item name to be fully compatible. Their code also does not allow us to open the item link in a new window. Which would be preferred. However, if you shift click the link your browser will do this for you.
This functionality is useful though and it is available. So now you can create item hovers like this:
Code:
[wardbitem]http://www.wardb.com/item.aspx?id=17906[/wardbitem]
Code:
[wardbitem]http://www.wardb.com/item.aspx?id=27783[/wardbitem]
We chose to implement this functionality using the entire item URL because it is easier for people to copy the entire URL than just the item ID.
Enjoy!

I have finished initial testing of the Guild Launch Profiler mod in the WoTLK beta. You can download the WoTLK Beta Version here:
http://support.guildlaunch.com/gwiki/index.php?page_name=Guild_Launch_Profiler&gid=535
This version has the correct interface number so you don't have to load it as an out of date addon. Also, it fixes one bug that was found in the current version. That bug doesn't seem to effect anything in the current version but was causing issues in the WoTLK beta.
One thing to note is that we don't have Beta servers setup in the server list. If you do a search for "server" in the mod file you can change it to your live server and test the upload.
Enjoy!

I've just added the ability to select Multi-Game Organization as a game type when creating a guild. The server name for these guild types is "Many Servers". I think that is approriate and should look correct when you read it in the places the server name appears on the site. In addition, all game specific widget are available to multi-game guilds.
We intend for Multi-Game guilds to get more attention over the coming months and for our product to more naturely and intuitively support these types of guilds. Unfortunately, at this time, adding it as a game type doesn't ensure that. So there are some caveats:
1. If you select Multi-Game as your game type, WoW roster imports won't work unless you temporarily switch back to WoW and then run it. Make sure the non-wow characters are claimed before running the import or you will nuke your non WoW characters.
2. Which column to group certain things by (Race, Class, etc.) are game specific and the system keys off the game type for this and the settings is global. These groupings may look odd for multi-game guilds.
3. The roster columns are also game specific, Faction/Race/Class for some Armry/Race/Class for others only Race/Class for yet others. So I used generic headings.
4. One of the game specific widgets is a Server status. This won't work with multi-game guilds.
There are probably other quirks. So, at this point the Multi-Game guild choice is an option, but it may have some unintended consequences. However, it won't mess your site up. If it doesn't work for you just switch back to your primary game and you should be fine.
We have workable solutions for each of these issues or ways to tweak them to make more sense. However, they will take some time to integrate. We welcome your feedback.
Enjoy!
